I do love this oil and a number of applications. My favorite is using it in vegetable recipes or simply drizzled on spinach salad. It's the nutty flavor that I like most. I like also that it is light.

Trying different oils is a great way to change up your recipes. I use this with imported pasta and freshly grated Parmesan Reggiano and fresh cracked pepper. Simple but elegant. Improvise ,imagine ,enjoy🫛🍆🍏

I mainly use the product for treating wood items that will be used with food; cutting boards, rolling pins and such. It dries quickly and completely. I recommend it for this use.
