sleep! i actually flip flop every other nite: melatonin & ashwagandha. i am 70 yrs. old & after 30 years struggling to get a good nite"s sleep i have consistently been getting 71/2 to 9 hrs a nite. so happy! i slept so well til i hit 42 yrs old.. after so many sleepless nites i got prescription sleeping pills, didn't want to but i needed sleep more. few years ago started taking 1 mg, & then 5mcg melatonin , was doing better. a year ago i added aswagandha. i tried circadian sleep & 1r/xr melatonin. it all works for me. my regimen is: aswagandha @ nite & the next nite melatonin. life is so much better with sleep :)
Life Extension has done the most research available for creating a more sustainable life. I highly recommend the brand because of the integrity of the products. I know I am getting the best from this company, vitamins, minerals, elements, and blends.
I purchased this low level mg melatonin for its anti-aging benefits. While a friend's dog was injured with a slipped disk when a puppy jumped on his 14 year old back wanting to play, on a hunch I offered a few melatonin caps . That night he howled happily a the moon, and even though for 2 weeks he limped around and was not hungry, he wanted 2nd bowl of food. It showed me the benefits that must be going on internal level even for us people.
Prompt shipping, 500 mcg (0.5 mg) worked well for me; higher doses (3 and 1 mg tabs) didn't seem to help me relax but made me jumpy and on-edge. If you haven't tried using melatonin, staring with a smaller dose may work well - at worst, you can always try taking 2 tablets if one isn't enough.
It isn't working too well at the moment, but i figure it will change soon.
Have a ton of trouble falling and staying asleep due to back and neck issues so thought I'd give this higher dose of Melatonin so gave this a try. Not 100% but it is working to help me sleep at least a few solid hours. Will continue to use it and see how it goes.
I called about this order and nobody didn't send my money back on my card yet they sent the money for the other thing but not for my Pills. I either want to have it sent out or refunding my money back please
