I really like Nature's Bounty Sleep Gummies. They help me relax and fall asleep faster, and I wake up feeling rested without grogginess. The blueberry flavor tastes great and doesn't have a strong vitamin aftertaste. I also like that this brand offers other flavors, which is nice if you want variety or prefer a different taste. Overall, it's a reliable and effective melatonin supplement that makes bedtime much easier.

I used to buy olly sleep and then discovered these. SAME amount of melatonin and MORE L-theanine per serving for 1/4 the price! These work. Compare for yourself. Dont fall for other’s fancy packaging and marketing.

These things work like magic. I only give it to my 5 year old daughter when she really really needs to go to sleep and I cut them in half bc I think 3mg is too much for a 5 year old. So for my 5 year old daughter I cut these in half giving her 1.5 mg of melatonin only when she needs to go to sleep. Other than that I do not give it to her because she sleeps without it but at times she does need it especially if she is high on sugar running up and down the house.

Love these. Help me to sleep. Just take one.

This product is great for helping you sleep and not feel drowsy in the morning. It also taste great! Even helps my boyfriend's grandma sleep through the night!!

I was un-sure of Melatonin Mg. ??? , But ... After reading more about "How much Your Body produces" , The 3 Mg. would fill my demand . Any more than 3 Mg could become more of a Problem than My problem with SLEEP . "Study First" before Choosing Mg. amounts.

These gummies have been very effective for me. However, I cannot give this order 5 stars because I had to return all three bottles - the gummies were completely melted into a solid mass. I expect that the damage was caused by the package being on a truck for two days in 100 degree heat. Too bad Walmart does not stock this item in store for pickup.

I normally purchase these at the drug store, but I ordered this from Walmart and they came COMPLETELY MELTED and stuck to the side of the jar as one dried sticky mass. You could not even tell that they use to be individual round balls.
