Best valerian!
It's the best valerian root supplement that I've been able to find. Not only is it vegan, but it's actually the root and it seems truly pure. You can tell by the smell! Other valerian products don't have the plant based gel caps and/or they use stems leaves or even mix in with grass. This is the best.

Grt product.No grogginess the next day like others
I find it very help. One 500mg will get me to sleep but 2 500mg keep me sleeping longer without grogginess I would just like to know about long term side effects

Best valerian!

Works well, fresh..
My daughter says it helps her to relax and sleep better. As someone who grew up taking valerian (in my culture even doctors prescribe valerian to their patients so it's highly regarded)it's important for me to provide thr best quality herbs for my daughter, so I'm happy if she's happy !

ZZZzzzz
I was prescribed by my nutritionist to take this with Now Foods L-Tryptophan supplement before bed to help myself fall asleep. I was taking a harsh anxiety medicine before seeking the advice of a nutritionist. I have taken this for about a week now with the L-Tryptophan and I have slept much more soundly with the combination of these two products than I ever have on the prescription anxiety medication. Not only did I sleep more soundly, I did not have any adverse affects such as nightmares or drowsiness upon waking. GREAT PRODUCT!

Valerian Root
I purchased Valerian Root to help with my ability to relax and fall asleep. I do not need this as a daily regiment but when I occasionally have those nights when I cannot relax this product works great!
