Perfect delicate texture for baked goods.
I bought this product because it was an ingredient asked for in a recipe and, although I had used pastry flour before, I didn't know that it was available organic and whole wheat. It has a perfect delicate texture and made my baked goods come out perfect with the right crumb.

Over priced
I have been buying and cooking with whole wheat pastry flour for a long time. I typically buy the organic 2 pound bags at Whole Foods which in 2024 are $3.19 apiece. This bag is four times that price for the same thing. If there's a Whole Foods near you, just go there.
