I love this water dispenser. It's effective. It looks great. You just pop it out of the box and plug it in. It's not loud and our last primo lasted us many years and I'm hoping this one does as well. It seems to be well made. And so far I'm very happy with this purchase so I highly recommend it.
I love my water dispenser. I didn't have to assemble a single thing and everything worked right out of the box. The cold water is cold and the hot water is hot enough that I can make tea with it outright or use it for instant coffee. I would highly recommend this water dispenser. I also love the elegant look of it and that it's bottom loading.
This is the 2nd Primo water dispenser after 8 years of an older model. i love the convenience of loading the bottles at the bottom. I also love the cup space high enough for tall cups / bottles to rest while filling them. And of course I love the hot water for tea! Hopefully it lasts as long as the early Primo model I purchased. I definitely recommend.
The unit was delivered quickly, packaged extremely well to prevent damage, the water line setup was easy, and the unit is working well. This design is much better than the bottle up top as we had before, so much easier to load and go! Picked up a free, filled bottle of water at Walmart to get it started! Highly recommend!
I received the product damaged. It's embarrassing for the company to reduce cost by reducing the packaging protectants. This led to damages during transit and a bad impression of the company as they are willing to risk the quality of their products to save a few cents.
The hose pipe is too small for 5 gallon bottles and there is a lot of smell of chemicals in water. I rinsed so many times almost 5 gallons for few days but still water taste is bad like medicine and smells too. I don't have box otherwise I will return it back.
I request this item to be picked up and return, not the water dispenser I choosen. The one I chose has a larger height for larger bottles and cups, the one I received has a average opening for cups. Please schedule a pickup ASAP! I want the water dispenser in the picture.....
Fortunately I'm familiar with prime water dispensers. When received it the hot and cold weren't working. I had to open and reposition the levers and they may have been dislodged during shipment. A couple of weeks later the water started dispensing by itself. Turns that the inside was leaned over causing pressure on the center lever. I had to reposition it and tie it down. Hopefully it can last for a while's considering this is a couple of hundred quality control clearly isn't Prime strong suite
This review is about Walmart, not the water dispenser itself. Walmart pickup should have noticed these things before we even arrived. The water dispenser we picked up was a return. The box was wet, the machine had water marks and a sticky substance on the bottom. The machine was also placed back in the box upside down. There were screws missing and the owners manual was wet inside the box. This was clearly a return and should have been damaged out. This is the first time we have done a pickup on an item this large. We had to take the machine back and bring all of this to the attention of customer service at the Lebanon, Oregon, location. Surly the people walking out pickup orders at least noticed the box was wet, right? Surly...
this unit never worked properly straight out of the box. the compressor clanged and rattled terribly, the flow stream on the ambient and hot water is mediocre and the cold water freezes to a block of ice within hours, making it inoperable. after letting the machine sit and thaw out for a day and a half within 2 hours it was frozen again, cutting off the cold water flow completely. mind you, this is a brand new, out of the box machine. a search online shows this is a consistent problem with this machine requiring an involved, if not complicated repair, by replacing the temp sensor inside the machine. this is cheap, poorly constructed, poorly performing junk.
