Sauder Palladia Executive Desk, Split Oak Finish

So happy to have purchased this desk directly from Sauder. It is beautiful and I love it. 7 drawers including 2 file folder drawers. Plenty of storage space. The quality is outstanding. However, the shipping carton was a bit damaged and had holes and lots of retaping on the end and corner. After opening the box, the desktop was slightly scarred and was missing a drawer side. Sauder customer service was outstanding and got me the missing part in a couple days and gave me a credit for the desktop which I was pleased with. Overall I am giving Sauder product a 5 star, customer service 5 star and quality of the desk a 5 star rating.

Instructions were very good... Just went together very easily just a few little hangups, but nothing major... If you're looking for a great looking, sturdy desk.. don't hesitate.

Deep desk top np longer going to have items falls off the edge of my desk. Plenty of drawer space for files and what not.

The desk came extremely well packaged. It is heavy! Assembly was pretty straightforward, there was only one little bracket that would have been missed if I hadn't looked ahead. The finish seems like it will hold up to some reasonable use and the color is actually better than I expected. The best part of my experience was the customer service. There was one drawer glide that had no obvious defects observable during assembly but that was clearly defective. One of the drawers just wouldn't close right and bb's were dropping into the drawer below. I went to the Sauder website, found customer support, entered some information from my instruction book, and a new glide was at my door in less than a week. Drawer works flawlessly now. No waiting on hold, no chat, just a resolution to my issue. Outstanding!

Hey so I'm going to be honest. This took me about an entire day to put together. The quality isn't that cheap crap u get from ikea. Nah this is really sturdy this is worth every penny I paid for it. The desk is heavy also. My only complaint would have been some parts weren't labeled but common sense told me where to put them after looking at the instructions.

This is a great desk for our businesses offices. We have been upgrading desks through the office and really like the Sauder products.

I have no complaints beautiful solid desk. I read a lot of reviews before I finally decided to get this desk in I am so glad I did. Some complaints was it was hard to put together it was that bad at all just follow step by step it works. It took about 10 hours to put together but it didnt seem like 10 hours! ️️️

First be prepared that it will take you around 10 hours to put this together. I have purchased several pieces of Sauder furniture over the years so I'm familiar with how to put their items together. If you're new to their furniture it could seem over whelming at first. This desk is HEAVY! Came in two boxes total weight combined is over 170 pounds. The one box that had the desk top was dropped in transit and to my disappointment the end of the top was slightly damaged. I decided to live with it as returning it would be a hassle. To be honest it can't be noticed. Directions are detailed, but again, knowing their furniture made it easier for me to put this together. I've read some have taken up to two days to build this. I highly suggest a power screwdriver. The only tool you will use for this entire project and having one that is powered will save your hands. Some screws are very long and this is very hard wood. I totally love this desk and highly recommend it.

Desk took forever to put together but once complete it looks great except for the damage desk top Corner that damaged during shipping

Great piece of furniture for my office. The only reason I gave it a 4/5 star rating is because not all of the pieces were marked properly and the instructions at times lacked clarity.
