I have been using spring valley fast dissolve biotin consistently for more than 6 months. I also take the vital protein powder with my coffee. Between these two I am beginning to see new hair strands growing. I especially like the fast dissolve tablets because I feel like the absorption is better. The best part is so far anyway in 2025, (2026 is debatable)… I am able to use my over the counter benefits to pay for these. Living on pension and social security, it fits in my budget. I have always had issues with my finger nails. They chip and break before they are long enough to put polish on them. I believe the biotin is helping. They are slowly growing out, I'm just impatient and I want them out as of yesterday, but I am paatiently waiting on them.

i feel the product does what it should and is reasonably priced. not top notch but not a top notch rating either.

I'm allergic to strawberries. Besides the tiny strawberry on the package, it doesn't tell you there is natural strawberry in it in the advertisement. So now I've wasted $ I can't get back.
