Surprised to see this at my local. The coconut part is a bit like coconut shortening in texture, but is stil tastes good.

Not the worst…
There are definitely better Ube paste products in the market. I wasn't a fan of this recipe or the texture. It's not terrible, but I'm likely not going to purchase again. Personally, I say go with the kind that's packed in a jar, for me that texture is ideal.

Use a Jar not a Pouch!
The taste is okay but the container or pouch they put this in needs improvement. Its hard to squeeze out the spread especially after its refrigerated. You have to thaw it and squeeze it before you can use it to spread on your bread. I suggest that they use a jar for this kind of spread. Not a pouch. Also the price is expensive for a little amount of spread in a tube. I tried it once but will not repurchase this again. I can make this myself.
