We must say, though, although it was very good at first we thought they were crackers and we put it in our soup and it was very hard to chew and that's what made us stop and look at the package and they're beans but they're good beans. They need soaked for a long time and then simmered in a stew or something for a very long time
These beans are one my favorite, the flavor is very particular and the textures as well. Love putting them in my of my meat dishes or with other vergetables.
I recently bought a large sample box of "Bada Bean Bada Boom" on Amazon, and they were OK but outrageously expensive, so I thought I'd try these and they're even even better. All I had to do was soak them overnight, fry in oil, and add spices and they're delicioius!
This is what I expected and I can only get it online.
it smells a lot when you cook it or reheat it after cooking but that's the nature to this bean. it's still a good bean
No product name, I bought thinking it was Lupini beans but in fact is fava beans. Disappointed. Walmart should not publish a incomplete listing. The Favas are ok, shipping was fast.
Not sure why these are sold - they're inedible. I washed, picked over, soaked and rinsed twice, then cooked. But they turned out so disgusting I couldn't even taste one before throwing them away. No doubt the fresh beans are lovely, but these are a total waste of money.
orded wrong item, thoughted they were large Lima Beans.
missing item.
Worst butter beans I've ever seen
