So good!
Just made a fantastic eggless cake with this Dutch cocoa. I mix it with a small amount of hot water/coffee/milk to deepen the flavor, then let sit a couple minutes (called “blooming”) before adding to the rest of ingredients. Also like to add a tablespoon to vegan chili as a secret ingredient. Can't wait for colder weather to make hot cocoa. Can't beat the price for bulk compared to other brands.

This is what you meant to buy.
This is what you have been wanting every time you buy baking coco powder. That Hershey's stuff is bitter, but the Dutch cocoa is much less bitter and much less acidic. After switching from the nasty to this you will start making your fresh hot coco and brownies from this powder and say "Finally! This is what chocolate desserts are supposed to taste like!"
