i eat low carb. many potassium rich foods are high carb. i was getting serious leg cramps. figured out i needed potassium. how much spinach can you eat? finally decided to just supplement. works.

Helps Prevent Nightly Leg Cramps!
Before I started supplementing with potassium I use to have horrible "charlie horse" cramps on my calves. This product helps prevent that for me. I also felt that this supplement is a good value for the money.
