I've use other spaghetti sauce mixes, and this one has a great flavor, is not too salty, and easily mixes in with crushed tomatoes, or tomato sauce. I use this particular brand frequently.

my grandma use to always use the spaghetti seasoning in her famous spaghetti I switched to this great value one and it's cheaper and taste just as good as the name brand one to me taste great

I love this! You can transform this little packet %26 a can of tomato paste into a tasty meal. Add ground meat or vegetables if you want. Better than a jar or even my boyfriend's homemade sauce. The seasoning is on point.

I happened to see these advertised as I was shopping via app for my regular items, thought I'd pick up a couple just to add some zest to my usual spaghetti sauce, perhaps even use it as a pizza topper too!

I trust this brand of spaghetti sauce, as I use it as a starter, then spice it up with my own ingredients, overall its tasty on its own

This pasta sauce tasted very good for canned sauce. To my surprise I enjoyed it very much. The toughest critic, the children, said they loved it too! It was priced right too! It's a must try for anyone on a budget. You can always add some of your own spices to dress it up further. I highly recommend this delicious product!

If you are making home-made sauce this is a good choice. If you are using a jar sauce, then you definitely need this. My favorite Spaghetti seasoning packet is McCormick brand. In either case purchase a jar of dry Italian seasoning flakes. This contains the right types and amounts of spices tailored for Italian food. And only use fresh sliced white mushrooms. Maybe even tab bit of freshly crushed raw garlic. mmm

I never heard of spaghetti sauce mix, I was curious. WOW! I wanted to make spaghetti sauce without any canned products because I can taste the metal. Don't think you are going to add water and have delicious sauce in 2 minutes, that ain't happening. But if you want to make sauces your way with fresh ingredients then you might like this as a seasoning and thickener. The mix is a tad sweet in the packet, but don't worry tomatoes, herbs, and a splash of vinegar will neutralize the sweet if you prefer. I added fresh tomatoes, herbs, garlic, red bell pepper, and onions. Simmered for an hour. It is perfect! No nasty hard tomatoe core chunks or unripened tomatoe chunks. Can be frozen or refrigerated, or make in small batches.

I like adding this mixture to my homemade sauces. It adds a little extra zest when mixed with my regular spices. Good item

i dont think this added as much flavor to the sauce as i would have liked . i usually use the name brand but thought i would try it instead. i even used my own spices with it and added sauteed green peppers and onion and still found it somewhat bland, so i wouldnt recommend it as it wasn't saving much money and wasa disappointment
