Started taking them a few days ago. Time will tell if these pills would work for easing the tingling %26 pain in my feet.

With vitamins, it's difficult to know how well they work. I take this one, among others, in hopes it benefits. Overall,I think my my health is better than most for my age as a result pf taking a wide range of vitamins.
