I have high cortisol (possibly Cushing's) and take this three times a day to help with symptoms. It improves the mood and cognitive changes associated with high cortisol although not dramatically so. I will keep taking it but wish it came in a higher dose. I do get rebound symptoms if I take it at bedtime so I generally don't take it after 5 pm.

First doses were so relaxing. Along the way i got saturated i guess. Didnt make me tired as other brands, but i also stopped feeling the effect after few days. I will recycle and take again after a pause period.
