ProsourceFit Exercise Balance Pad made with Non-Slip Cushioned Foam 15.5"x 12.5"

I really like the quality of this mat- it's thick and sturdy and has just enough give to make your muscles engage and balance. It's just like what I had to use for physical therapy. I will continue to use it for stretching and strength building exercises.

I really enjoy adding this product to my workout routine. It's been assistive in stabilizing for squats and lunges. I've felt it's been helpful in correcting my form. My husband has also enjoyed sitting on it on our “uncomfortable” counter stools. It's durable, light weight & thick.

Great deal compared to the brand my physical therapy department recommends. It feels exactly the same as the kind my physical therapist uses, but much more affordable. (Ignore the claw marks in the pic-my cat decided he instantly liked it, too!)

The foam mat/pad is excellent quality. It's lightweight, sturdy, but yields as necessary. The material had no malodorous traits, resisted moisture and washed up nicely with a quick wipe down. The pad seems to consist of durable material and I think this will last at least a couple to a few years with rigorous use. I tested this pad out with each if the listed exercises in the manual (which was wrll written and easy to read and understand) and also used it as a knee-pad, and a padded support for playing on a piano and pupe organ bench. I broke off my tailbone while playing the pipe organ for excessively long hours, daily, and for years. (e.g., 12-20 hours daily, 5 days a week minimum.) It was so wonderful to be able to sit and play for longer intervals. I went from only being able to play 30 minutes to an hour, up to two to four hours at a time! I had no issues arise with this product while doing my review. Thus, I highly recommend this product!

The prosource balancing pad is thick , non slip and easy to clean. It can be used for balancing and excercise which allows you to get on the floor easier. It can be used as a knee pad for working out, for home repair jobs that require you to kneel down.It also makes a nice cushion to sit on for excercise or as a chair pad. It feels good on the back also as a back pad to help posture or if you are doing gel packs on the back for pain or comfort this pad helps keep them in place. This pad has many uses and it quality made...I would recommend this Prosource pad it is very handy to have at home and you also can take it on the go. For standing excercise to sitting and more , it's a must have.

This mat is great. I was thinking it would not be very supportive but I was wrong. As I get older my feet and knees hurt more while standing and exercising and this is great easy option. I highly recommend this mat for working out. Due to its limited size it would not be good if you are doing aerobics and moving more than shoulder length apart.

I got this because I am recently suffering knee pain while doing some exercises. The size is perfect, I love the texture since it is soft enough, comfy and not slippery at all. The thickness is what I need and looked for exactly!!

Very nice quality, thick pad. Great for kneeling on for exercise or any other activity where a cushion would be helpful. Non-slip rubber texture. Nice size. Very happy with it.

The package has one thick cushion. For size reference see the attached picture of the cushion with a pen placed on it. There is a helpful booklet which gives you a list of the exercises you can do with it. I got it mainly for the use with a standing desk. I have used it for a few days, standing barefoot on this while working at the standing desk. I can say it feel comfortable and is a bit of balance challenge - so be aware of that. But you wont be standing on the hard floor, so that is a good thing. Overall recommend though I haven't used it for exercises - but can definitely see the use for that. You could also use it near a sink or stove to stand on - but seems a little small for that. So do not recommend for that.

I got this in the black, it is much softer than I thought it would be, but it is sturdy and supportive at the same time. I can't say that I am big into yoga, or an exercise expert but I do what I can and try to work out a little everyday. At first I started using it only to balance while standing up, I found that it was nice to use after my work out and after stretching to center myself and slow down. I also found that when I was feeling stressed and my anxiety was high it helped to get on it and balance myself, it helped to focus and calm mysef, and I could focus on my breathing. I really like that it is universal and you can use it however it works best for you, it was suggested in the description that you can even use it to sit on, but I found that it was not comfortable so I will keep mine on the floor. Also it would make a really good pad to use for kneeling, maybe in the garden pulling weeds or in the house working on a project, however given the material I am not sure how long it would last in the dirt and rocks. So far I am very happy with this block, I think it works great for what it's meant for, it is compact and easy to store, lightweight but sturdy and it seems to be of good quality, I hope it lasts for a long time.
