A fine split pea.
I've had great experience's using these peas. My order was shipped nicely arriving intact in two separate bags. They taste great. Cook nicely. I will buy more.

Must be old split peas. Cooked for 4 hours and they never got soft enough to melt together.

Worst product delivered ever.
I have never been so disappointed in a delivery and horrible product. I received the package which was opened on the inside only possibly 1 lb of dried peas and it was also hand wrapped in some kind of cellophane ... I want a FULL REFUND and I will NEVER order this product again.

Package shipped with holes wrapped in plastic wrap
The packages had holes in the bags. They tried wrapping them in plastic wrap but peas were everywhere. When I weighed the bags they were almost a pound lighter because ghetto peas had spilled out of the holes in the bags
