Makes fluffy dough
This is one of the best yeasts on the market! Everything that I make with this product comes out nice and fluffy. I've make dough for pizzas, French bread, baguettes, garlic knots , cinnamon rolls and this yeast never fails me. I recommend this product to anyone looking to make any sort of dough for baking as this yeast causes your dough to rise beautifully.

I love the convenience of the larger bag for all my homemade breads. It arrived promptly and it is a very good bargain for the money. I have purchased previously, and this is now my go-to for baking.

I wish the package was re-sealable or just easier to use somehow. But it does need to come very tightly packed and sealed to ensure freshness and quality.
