Effective
I have been using these daily ever since my doctor told me I had iron deficiency and needed iron supplements. They worked great within a few months according to my subsequent blood tests and I have noticed a difference in my hair as well. Now it falls a lot less. I didn't experience constipation with these and I have continued taking them through pregnancy and breatfeeding.

Iron for the blood
If a doctor says u need to take Iron in pill form you do it. Walmart's price is the best. Thanks Walmart for almost always selling your wares at the best price. Where would I be w/o you? Broke. This is really for my significant other.

Good product for a very good price
The Walmart Spring Valley 65mg Iron twin pack is a good bargain if you have to supplement your daily intake of Iron. The twin pack has saved me trips to the store and money at the same time. Its a good product with a very good price.

Spring Valley Iron Vitamins
I had been taking iron vitamins and I discovered the 2 pack 65 MG the last time I made my purchase. This seemed to be a better value. I would recommend them to others.
