I have sleep apnea. So I don't sleep well at night. My doctor approved that I take this to help me sleep at night. My first time using this product. So far, so good. I'm not as tired as I use to be when I wake in the morning. Its working!!!!

Spring Valleu Melatonin is a Great Product
Great product. Should have started taking it years ago. Wife loves it too. We are getting on average at least 1.5 hours more sleep each night with no side effects.

Great sleep support
If you have trouble falling asleep I recomend trying melatonin tablets. The body produces melatonin naturely but now and then you need help to relax and fall asleep. Out of all the products on the market to help you get to sleep I recomend melatonin. If you fly frequently you body might need help to get to that sleepy stage at night. This is the only product that I would recomend to do that. In the beginning you might have to work with the doseage to see what is right for you. I found that melatonin helps me stay alseep longer and get to a deeper sleep faster. It's the deep sleep that is the most restful for the body. As you get older your body needs less sleep but when you can get to the deep sleep you will find that during the day you will feel much better. I searched for the best price and this pack of 2 with a total of 120 tablets was the best price that Jet was offering. I highly recommend this product.
