They are fine with one notation on size, they are quite large. I generally do not have trouble taking more than one pill at once, but can not do this very easily with these.

I ground this product up to help pull out my old hair color. I just mixed it with shampoo and waited a few minutes and it helped pull out some of my old hair color. So it worked well for it's purpose.

Rosehips help a body absorb iron, and older people generally don't eat enough food to get the amount of iron they need.

They work! Good vitamin c source. BUT it taste soooo so nasty. Taste like sour flour! It's sour and it's taste like straight up flour, cooking flour…. But I do like it's 500mg and 100 in there for a good price.

Very difficult to swallow.
The surface of the tablet gets very rough when putted on the mouth making it nearly impossible to swallow without chewing it. If you chew it is very disgusting.
