So far this product is truly helping curb my appetite and giving me a little more energy. And I take 3 pills in morning and sometimes remember to take 3 in afternoon. I am really new to Swanson Vitamins and have switched all of my vitamins to this Company.I really feel better and think this tablet has helped with my digestion and not feeling hungry in the afternoons. I'm 67 & decided to try this to lose weight. I used to use it when I was younger. I just finished my 1st month & lost 10lbs!!! Just take 2 tablets after your meals with water. I only have 2 meals a day. Plus, I felt a little more energy, not a lot. My goal is to lose another 10lbs. even if I lose only 5lbs a month. Try it for a month, it's not expensive at all & apple cider is known to be good for many things.

I was sent the weaker ones I like the stronger ones I don't like taking a whole lot of pills and I have to take two of the other ones I'd rather just take one pill.

I can only give this an average grade due to product is inconsistant. Several times I have ordered ,the product seems stale and tastes stale where I can't even taste the cider vinegar. My last shipment seemed ok.
