Vital Wheat Gluten 15oz.

its all i needed to make my wheat bread. it definitely helps.

trying to get away from white flour yet want lighter bread products. This vital wheat gluten, and a little more yeast, made all the difference. Bob's Vital Wheat Gluten Flour was not the product I needed.

Hard to find vital wheat gluten in the local market...possibly due to the anti-gluten frenzy. It allows me to make Irish Brown bread (using wheat/meal flour) that I can slice and enjoy without it falling apart. Came packaged like they care. Refreshing. Not the big brother "mill' crap.

When I couldn't find bread flour, I did a search to find the difference between bread flour and all purpose flour. I saw that I could add 1 teaspoon of vital wheat gluten to a cup of all purpose flour. Today, I did this when making my biscuits, they were the lightest biscuits I've ever made! I'll be using this instead of bread flour from now on!

It's hard to find vital wheat gluten where I live, so I was happy to find this online at Walmart and get it with free shipping. This is from a small company and was fresh and nicely packaged. I would definitely buy from them again.

Did not have a product expiration date! What a crap way to sell food items!
