Discovered a bread recipe that is easy, uses the whole envelope of yeast, it comes out perfect every time. 1 1/2 cups warm water One envelope yeast 1 teaspoon salt 3 cups bread, flour/mix well add a package of shredded cheddar, after it doubles in size, goes quickly if you warm your oven bake 375° 30 minutes in two loaf pans that I butter well. I have been using this product for decades and usually buy the jar option. It works with all types of flours. Whole-wheat, white, barley, chickpea, etc. Use warm water, not hot, to be successful.

These packets are my favorite way to add yeast for my brown butter cinnamon rolls. It's already measured out and makes it so easy to add to the bowl. The dough rise is perfect and makes the fluffiest rolls. Definitely recommend!

I typically buy this even though it's just a little bit more than the store brand because I've had out of date issues on store brand which caused my bread not to rise

My wife was so exited to use this yeast because she bakes bread. It rises fast and super easy to use. And the best part is, it was super cheap to buy and got here fast

I did not like the huge price hike, jumping from $1 per pack to nearly $3 per pack. And I did not like the way they were delivered....I ordered 8 total: 7 came in one tight bundle (excellent) and 1 came the next day in a huge envelope!!! Please use common sense and ship like items together in right-sized packaging that makes sense!

Not able to give an adequate review or higher rating because I never received this purchase. I was informed after delivery of order that this item was not available. I still would very much like this product replacement or a refund as soon as possible

because the walmart app tricked me into having it shipped to my house. i can buy 3 yeats for the price of shipping. walmart, if its not in stock, dont suggest shipping from another state if I have another Wal-Mart in my neighborhood..

I was making hot cross buns and they wouldn't rise! I tested theone packet that was left and it took 20 minutes before it even started to bubble. It must have been stored in too warm a place and killed the yeast!
