I have tried to use other types but always come back to Ghirardelli because I know the flavor never fails. They are the perfect size for cookies, breads and cakes. We have even recently made edible cookie dough balls and used these chips in them. They were a huge hit!!

They melt easily and evenly, are always fresh and taste wonderful. I also like to use them to replace half of the semi sweets in my chocolate chip cookie dough. I can melt them down and use sugar substitutes to sweeten them and make the candy coating to dip low carb cake pops or cake balls into. I can also drizzle it over homemade keto cheesecake fat bombs! They are rich and taste great paired with the proper deserts! Great for baking! They can also be used to cut down the sweetness on other deserts such as brownies that tend to be very sweet! i recommend them!
