Spring Valley Biotin 10,000 Mcg Fast-Dissolve Tablets for Hair, Skin & Nails, 60 Count

I have been using spring valley fast dissolve biotin consistently for more than 6 months. I also take the vital protein powder with my coffee. Between these two I am beginning to see new hair strands growing. I especially like the fast dissolve tablets because I feel like the absorption is better. The best part is so far anyway in 2025, (2026 is debatable)… I am able to use my over the counter benefits to pay for these. Living on pension and social security, it fits in my budget. Biotin is great to help your hair grow back. I was on some medctine for RA which made a lot of my hair fall out. I looked for a cure and talked with my hair salon and doctor and started biotin and using shampoo with biotin in it. My hair grew thick again!

I have always had issues with my finger nails. They chip and break before they are long enough to put polish on them. I believe the biotin is helping. They are slowly growing out, I'm just impatient and I want them out as of yesterday, but I am paatiently waiting on them.
