I am so glad these Spring Valley Omega - 3 Fish Oil Softgels, 500mg, 120 ct are so easy to take! I definitely need all these softgels have to offer, there is a great mg of 500. I have such a hard time taking pills! These are great, the price is great and I will definitely recommend these to anyone and everyone who needs a Omega - 3 Fish Oil!

This is a good brand, not a fishy after-taste. The doctor recommended taking it with another medication. I haven't noticed any results, except to say that I am 83 and still have good health. These are recommended for heart disease, high blood pressure, high triglycerides, and high cholesterol.

I can honestly say I've never been let down by Spring Valley supplements!! I started using this brand probably at least 8 years I've been taking there vitamins and supplements and they do help! Talk to your doctor before taking anything to be sure what you need to take. avoid deep fried foods!

These supplements are very easy to take and are in a nice soft gel form. You can taste just a hint of lemon and no fishy taste at all. I highly recommend this supplement-it's a great value at a great price!

I like the benefits of Omega 3 Fish Oil, however, there's a concern about the (Softgel} and what it's made of.

Good big bottle. Have been taking these for a while. Good for heart health and cardiovascular heart. The price is good and the pills are easy to swallow.

The capsules smell very fishy. This smell indicates that the capsules are old and decomposing. Lemon oil is added in an attempt to mask the bad odor. Fresh fish does not have a fishy smell. I recommend that you store these capsules in the refrigerator for preservation.

According to the picture of the item it says OMEGA-3 and that was what I wanted what I go was Fish OIL, and as you see the written identification is says FISH OIL so not sure where the error was but in order to avoid getting wrong item should look into this.

Ordered one bottle on Walmart.com. it was shipped FedEx. I picked up at my door the moment itnwas delivered. i have an air conditioned home. i opened the jar and low and behold the entire bottle was stuck together. TotL waste of time and money. Im disabled and returning to a store is difficult. Wont purchase this brand again!
