Spring Valley Liquid Melatonin Dietary Supplement, 10 mg, 2 fl oz

We were using the gummy melatonin; however my daughter got to the point she would take it and act like she took it them. I was finding them hid all over or half chewed and spat out. I do wish this was a smaller dose than 10mg. however I just don't give her the full dose. But she loves the liquid and eagerly will take it. I also feel like it works better than the gummy did. She is sleeping better and goes to sleep quicker.

Someone who has suffered from severe insomnia from a young age I spent most of my time trying to sleep remedies and sleep cocktails and sleep medications, but I couldn't afford the sleep medication's so I tried these melatonin drops and for the most part they work before I used to maybe get three hours of sleep and I would have to take 15 minute naps throughout the day but after getting my body regulated to these drops, I was sleeping 6 to 8 hours a night which to me is a win

Works great. Tried the pill, and I still had trouble getting to sleep. The liquid form seems to work so much better. I use this instead of my prescription sleep aids.

I was taking unisom too much and a friend told me how great this melatonin is so we tried it. Both my boyfriend and I use it just about every night now to stave off any restless sleep. For me it takes about 30 minutes to kick in and for him it's about 15.

Love this stuff. The flavor is all-natural and tastes od berries. I can't say it works too well or not because nothing works for me. But I am 50 now and due to menopause my melatonin has naturally depleted, so as a 50-year-old menopausal woman, I need melatonin replacement.

The liquid is perfect for when I wake up partway through the night and can't go back to sleep. I just keep it on my bedside table.

Hubby has had sleeping difficulties for decades. He tried a lot of recommended natural sleep aids. Nothing works as well as a strong dose of melatonin along with Benadryl. So, this oil is what he takes.

I'd been taking quick dissolve melatonin for several yrs. I didn't find it helped much, or at all. Since a surgical procedure, absorption of meds has drastically changed. I was hoping the liquid would be different, but it wasn't, not to mention the taste is awful.

Glass shards were inside the bottle. I reported it to customer service and they did nothing about it. I called the company and they also did nothing. I will never buy this brand again or recommend it to anyone.
