Very great I took a leap of faith because my address was not available but as long as you have straight talk phone service/Verizon it will work but the key is to use Zillow first and find an address that works then that’s the address you use to activate or it won’t activate or work . It’s working to the max for me I use to have slow dsl max 4.5 meg now at 50-60

This runs on Verizon towers, so as long as you're in an area with good coverage, connection speeds shouldn't be a problem. I've hit download speeds of over 120mb/s and upload speeds of about 14mb/s which is more than enough to handle the devices I have in it. The really cool feature is how you can set up a separate guest network(limited to a 2.4ghz connection) AND an IoT network(also limited to 2.4ghz) so that your primary network doesn't get clogged with traffic. Also even though it is advertised as “Home Internet “ I have taken this with me and plugged it into my car 12v adapter and a solar battery station while out camping.

if you follow the instructions on how to set up is very very simple to use. straight talk uses Verizon's network for 5G internet. I live in an area where 5G and 5G UW works very well. unfortunately I straight talk site it states that my location will not receive the 5G signal which is totally whacked out. on my Verizon 5G phone I get well over 200 MB upload. after trial and error I put in a address location that's 15 mi away from where I live and that was able to receive the signal. by doing that I was able to get the router to work correctly. so in short if you know your area can get a 5G signal, and if their site States you can't receive a signal you'll have to mess around finding an address that does work.

This is a fantastic service!!! After moving to a rural area, with limited options, I love it. I moved from Chicago and had Comcast before. With unlimited data I can stream all over my house, even outside on my property. Had it for three months with no problems.

if your tired of satellite tv charging you way to much and not giving hardly any options this is the way to go. i bought the router online only way to get it one time price of around a hundred dollars. Then get straight talk 45 dollar internet plan only online i believe. I dont have a smart tv so i bought a Roku premier for around 40 dollars one time cost. OMG couldnt believe all the movies and different options with very few commercials if any. Go for this set up and get rid of frustrating overpriced satellite infomercial BS

Extremely poor customer service from Straight Talk. No detailed instructions in the package. All setup expected to be done online. Online setup geared towards other Straigh Talk products. Customer service via phone is not helpful. No supervisors available to speak with. I was disconnected twice, called three times %26 ended up setting the device up on my own. If your question isn't one they have on their computer screen, they are unable to answer.

We was told by our local Walmart %26 Straight talk service representative " if your straight talk cellphone works at your home so will our home internet ". Needless to say my router came today %26 DOESN'T work in my area. Now out of almost $200 thanks for nothing🤬

Checked my address not available in my area. Sales rep said try it he has it got the same not available at his house it works great. If you have straight talk as your provider it will work regardless of what the availability says. I bought it go to activate it can't even activate it because it's not available at my address so now im out the $45 card you buy to go with it.

The location I happened to live in the device CONVENIENTLY didn't work! TRACFONE! I bought ANOTHER device after seeing an AD on INSTAGRAM for Atel! THAT worked unlike THIS! SO MUCH BETTER! Having a device that ACTUALLY worked! So far so good! The Wi-Fi connection has been AWESOME! It's only been a COUPLE months! Thank you "Straight TRIPPIN"!

It said it would work where I lived. So I bought a internet card. But then it told me that it would not work So I spent all that money for nothing.
