Oh my! My neck has been hurting for a long time. I laid down with help mind you, with the roller going with my spine and left my head and neck off so it would lay backwards…. Ahhhh.. some cracks and pops … but in a good way! (and I hate that usually) I am so glad that I got this!

Helps to breakup stiff tissue with out to much pain. Just the right length for floor rolling. My spine feels better The seat belt scar tissue is breaking up.
