I love it!! Before when looking at glutten free recipes the ratios of the different flours was difficult to get. Now with this high quality flour the guess work has been taken away. Just use Bob's glutten free flor where you use regular flour. Its as easy as that.

I had run out of this flour quite a while back. I was glad to see that Swanson carries it. I use this flour for everything where flour is needed. I use it in thickening or coating for fish. I am very happy with my purchase, and will purchase again when I run out again.

This is my personal favorite for baking biscuits that come close to a wheat flour biscuit. I add xantha gum to insure a nice rise, but the end result is delicious.

It is a very good flour for g f. When u ship it u need to put in another bag cause it had holes in it when I got it. A heavy plastic bad should work

I have used this flour for a mix of tapioca flour, egg replacer, and xanthan gum for all of my gluten free baking for many years. It's the best!

This gluten free flour is the best that I have used for any recipe.

Great product. Bread turned out a little dry, but tasty. But product is very very expensive.

This flour tastes disgusting. I do not understand how anybody thinks it is good as it is nothing like the 1 to 1. It has a uber strong bean iron chemical flavor, yucky.
