Need something to help me sleep because I have a very bad back and didn't want to take something that you can get addicted to so since the ingredients in these pills are the same as Benedryl they are non addictive and they do the job without hangovers. My doctor approves as well.

As someone who struggles with insomnia, this sleep aid helps me fall and stay asleep. The quantity is a plus because I sometimes need a large dose to fall asleep. The quality, quantity, and price of this product are top-notch. I have searched and paying a little over $12 for 365 caplets I haven't seen anywhere but here. I have used this sleep aid as needed for at least 5 years and highly recommend if you need assistance to fall asleep and stay asleep.

Been taking them regularly for several years. helps keep regular sleep patterns. Takes about two hours to kick in. doesnt feel like im reliant on them. also i could take one and stay awake with minimal issues but it helps coax me to sleep where otherwise i would be rolling around for 2 hours befor i passed out.

Fun secret, the active ingredient in this product is the same as a very brand name allergy medicine, but at a fraction of the price. I go this because I was having troubles sleeping. First night it took hours to work. Second night it worked pretty well. The third night was the point where I quit using it.
